People wish to live longer or even forever, but they forget to experience the joy of simply breathing in and out.

Love is smoother like inhale and exhale without efforts just happening all the time weather you are awake or asleep.

We take so many things for granted, even those essential to our daily lives eating, breathing, drinking, sunlight. Try to engage with them consciously, truly experience them, or try living without them for a few days you will realize their true value and how different you become

Detachment When you realize that nothing truly belongs to you, yet you are a part of everything around you, life becomes just a series of experiences in the present moment. And with time, even those experiences will fade away, eventually vanishing into dust.

There is a subtle difference between Dhyan and Bhakti. In Dhyan, we delve within and discover God, while in Bhakti, through love and surrender, we invite God into us.

We always worry about time and say we don’t have enough. But when you connect with silence, you forget everything even time. When you're connected to yourself, time doesn’t exist. So instead of complaining, just practice being in silence. Time will disappear on its own.

Meditation is not a practice that seeks results,it is a feeling. Just as when you love someone, you do not wait every day for their response, in the same way, meditation too is love,love for the Divine, for the Source. Simply remain regular, do nothing, and meet in silence.🕉️
